Quantify

Redefining where treatment happens, and making people feel safe there.

For most patients receiving infusion therapy, treatment means a clinical setting: fluorescent lights, a long drive, a waiting room. Quantify changes that, bringing a standard of care directly into patients’ homes. It’s a better model by almost every measure. The problem is that “better” doesn’t automatically feel safer.

Quantify

The Problem

They weren’t just launching a new service. They were asking patients to unlearn a deeply held belief: that serious medical care has to happen in a clinical setting to be trustworthy.

Quantify is a vertically integrated, patient-first infusion therapy provider. By owning the entire health lifecycle from drug production through patient care, they reduce patient costs by up to 60% while delivering measurably better outcomes.

They came to Macroscopic ahead of launch, needing a brand system that could hold clinical credibility and human warmth at the same time, across a diverse and demanding set of audiences: physicians, employers, health plan brokers, and the patients at the center of it all.

Each audience needed something different from the brand. None of them could be shortchanged.

The Bigger Pattern

What Quantify needed wasn’t more messaging. It was a system of assets precise enough to meet each audience at the moment that mattered most to them, without sacrificing coherence across the whole journey. That kind of precision only comes from understanding what’s actually at stake for each person on the other side of the brand. In healthcare, that’s never abstract.

Building an ecosystem of trust

Strategic Positioning & Identity

We worked closely with Quantify’s leadership to define the core identity and positioning challenge precisely: how do you communicate clinical excellence to a physician evaluating a referral, while making a patient feel cared for in their living room? The answer wasn’t two separate brands. It was one system with enough range to do both.

The resulting brand identity, visual language, and logo became the expression of that balance: rigorous enough to earn provider trust, warm enough to earn patient trust. Every decision traced back to that central tension.

Omnichannel Brand System

With positioning established, we built out the full ecosystem of brand touchpoints. Each piece was designed for a specific moment in the patient journey, where trust is either built or lost. Digital tools for provider relationship-building and patient trust-building. A parallel set of patient-centered physical materials: care kits, onboarding guides, postcards, sell sheets, and patient brochures.

We also developed Quantify’s experiential presence — event assets, comfort care van branding, physical activations — ensuring the brand held its promise in real-world settings, not just on screen. The coherence across all of these touchpoints wasn’t cosmetic. It was proof that Quantify’s model worked the way they said it did.

Ongoing Strategic Partnership

Quantify’s market is complex and continues to evolve. Our partnership has grown alongside it, refining positioning as the client base expands, and ensuring the brand infrastructure can support Quantify’s growth without losing the clarity and warmth that made it work at launch.
